Safe Food For Bedroom Pleasure
One of the first types of dates that people will usually agree on is a dinner date. I mean, honestly, who doesn’t like to eat? Couples who have the healthiest sex lives are generally those that are open and willing to try new things and spice it up a bit. Food and sex are both great past times and if you do it right, they can be even better together. Here’s a list of a few items from the fridge that you can “safely” bring into the bedroom.
Wine – Red wine is a good one to try because it helps you to loosen up a bit! The antioxidants aid in blood flow which helps to get you going in the right direction. Prosecco, cava or your traditional champagnes are all great starters.
Strawberries- Not only are they yummy but strawberries tend to be a lot less messy than a lot of other foods. Here’s the great news, in addition to being SUPER SEXY to eat with your partner (on or off the body) strawberries are actually pretty healthy as well. So dig in, this is one that you can enjoy time and time again, guilt free!
Chocolate syrup is what most people “think” they want in the bedroom and while it’s fun to try it can be way too messy. Think about it, just how much of a turn on can brown smudges all over the sheets really be? We’ll pass on that one! Chocolate truffles, on the other hand are waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy more exciting because 1) they melt in your mouth 2) you have more control of where it lands 3) gentle bites lead to small explosions of ganache in your mouth and this prepares you for what may come or cum later……. (no pun intended)!
Sushi – Sorry but your favorite deep fried New York roll isn’t invited this time! Try introducing high quality sashimi or nigiri into the bedroom. Simply share small bites with each other from various body parts like your stomach, breasts, or thighs (please don’t try this on your private parts!) The Japanese have a practice called nyotaimori or ‘body sushi’ in which they serve sashimi / sushi from the body of a naked woman. While it’s not for everyone, perhaps you may consider it next time. If nothing else, it’s definitely something to think about!
Frozen Grapes – I know you’re tired of the usual ice challenge so here’s an awesome substitute that won’t melt! Be sure to warm the grapes with your mouth (or rinse them) before placing directly on the skin. These little suckers are great to try during those hot summer months and so much fun to eat. You can make traces all over your partners body and the combination of cold along with the heat from your mouth will drive them wild! Thank me later!
There are a dozen other fruit that you can add to this list but keep in mind that the natural sugars in some of those fruit can lead to yeast infections and other problems when left in your ‘sweet spots’ too long. Also try to keep wipes near the bed because you don’t want to dive straight into intercourse with a sticky penis! Adding food to your sex life is a great way to break up the normal routine. It opens the door to experimentation and new ways to explore your partners body. Give it a shot and as always, keep it sexy and make it fun!!
